Privacy policy

Last updated October 12, 2026

This policy explains what information this website handles and why. The short version: there are no accounts, no ads, and no tracking cookies, and we never sell information.

What stays in your own browser

  • Study progress. When you mark a course as studied, that is saved only in your browser's local storage. We never see it. Clearing your browser data erases it.
  • Your conversation with the guide. The current conversation is kept in your browser's session storage so it survives moving between pages. It is cleared when you close the tab.

Questions you ask the guide

When you ask the guide a question, your question, the last few messages of the conversation, and the title of the page you are on are sent to our server. Our server adds matching passages from the curriculum and sends them to Anthropic, the company that provides the AI model, to write the answer. We do not save your questions or answers on our server. Anthropic processes them under its own commercial terms and privacy policy. To limit abuse, our server briefly keeps a count of requests from your internet address; it is not stored long term.

Please do not type private information into the guide, especially names, case details, health information, or anything about a victim.

Comments

If you post a comment, we store the name you give (optional) and your comment with our database provider, Supabase. Comments are reviewed before they appear publicly. We do not ask for your email address. To have a comment removed, contact us.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel keeps short-term technical logs, such as internet addresses and the pages requested, to run and secure the service. We use these only to keep the site working.

Downloads and links

Downloading a PDF does not require any information from you. When you follow a link to another website, that site's own privacy policy applies.

Children

This site is meant for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Future accounts

If we add sign-in or purchases later, we will update this policy before those features go live and explain exactly what new information they need.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions or requests: support@peakagentai.com.

TJP

TJP reframes the narrative of harm, healing, and prevention.
